We have been in the log home business approximately 25 years and have built over 50 homes. During this time we have gained a large amount of experience in the log home industry. Our expertise extends to property development, obtaining building permits, design and engineering, turnkey cost estimates, mortgage lender assistance, and virtually every construction issue from beginning to end. As a Real Log Homes® dealer we can provide estimates for your log package even from a simple sketch. Since most of our homes are from custom designs adapted from a variety of sources, our clients usually take advantage of our local design and engineering staff familiar with our custom log home design innovations. For owner/builders and locations outside of our primary building area we often assemble only the log shell. From that stage, you or your general contractor can complete the project. The log shell or log package is composed of your log walls, log roof rafters, log porch or stairs, and log floor joists, if any.

Unlike many log home builders we purchase all non-log building materials from a supplier near your building site. This allows you to select any door and window for your home. By doing this you save on extra trucking costs and there is a less chance of your products getting stolen or damaged by sitting at the job site. Our accurate construction allowances will help you make informed budget decisions with regard to quality and selection of materials.
